Leap, South Asia’s largest AI-powered study-abroad ecosystem, has unveiled plans to significantly expand its offline presence in India, opening 15 new centres in 2026. This move comes as part of a strategic initiative to deepen student engagement in Tier I markets while tapping into high-intent Tier II and Tier III cities. The expansion is backed by Leap’s Series E funding and robust business performance, enabling substantial investment in new centre infrastructure, standardised counsellor training, and secure, paper-light operational processes.
By the end of 2026, Leap aims to add 20 additional operational touchpoints, carefully chosen using proprietary data-driven demand mapping and heat-mapped intent clusters where quality service options are limited. Early locations include Hubli, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Patna, and Kolkata, alongside further enhancements in existing hubs. This dual strategy combines broader geographic coverage with deeper, integrated service delivery at each centre.
“These new centres reflect a strategic approach, scaling quality, not just footprint”, said Arnav Kumar, Co-founder of Leap. “In a high-stakes sector, speed without governance creates noise. Our model integrates online convenience with offline trust via a single dashboard, ensuring every counselling note, shortlist decision, test-prep progress, and visa milestone is transparent, auditable, and continuous. This is how we deliver consistent outcomes at scale”.
Each centre complements Leap’s digital ecosystem, with all counsellors operating on a unified student platform. Whether in Patna, Mysore, Bangalore, or Mumbai, counsellors access the same intelligence, operational guardrails, and outcome data. All in-centre activities are captured through secure, encrypted Leap portals, eliminating paper-heavy processes common in traditional agencies while adhering to enterprise-grade security standards.
