Visa consultancy today extend far beyond application processing. For students and professionals planning to study or build careers overseas, choosing the right destination, academic pathway and long term career direction is often as important as securing the visa itself. This has created greater demand for consultancies that can combine international education counselling, profile assessment and visa guidance with a deeper understanding of global career opportunities.

Destination Solutions is responding to this shift with a career-first approach to international education and visa consultancy. The Gujarat-based firm works with students, professionals and families seeking overseas opportunities, combining education guidance, visa assistance and predeparture support. Rather than treating consultancy as a transaction centred on applications, the company focuses on understanding an individual’s aspirations and building an appropriate pathway around them.

Bringing extensive experience in international education recruitment, Neha Prajapati, Co-Founder, brings nearly 16 years of industry experience to Destination Solutions. Her expertise spans Canada, the USA and the UK, with a career focused on helping aspiring professionals select further education that strengthens their skills and global career prospects.

From February 2014 to May 2023, she served as an Incountry Representative for Cambrian College of Applied Arts and Technology, Sudbury, Ontario, managing the India, Bangladesh and UAE markets. She subsequently worked with GUS Global, supporting Webster University, Missouri, USA, from September 2023 to April 2025. She is now fully focused on building Destination Solutions.

Building a Career-First Consultancy Model

Destination Solutions has deliberately moved beyond a conventional transaction-led model. Its approach begins with understanding where a student wants to go professionally and then identifying the education, training and visa pathway that can support that ambition. The company provides assistance across student and visitor visas, admissions and post-visa support, with expertise covering markets such as the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and Dubai.

One of its key differentiators is its focus on profiles that may not always fit mainstream overseas education pathways. The company works closely with vocational and ITI students, helping them understand requirements related to certifications such as NCVT and GCVT and assess their eligibility
for international study options. It also develops specialised guidance for nursing aspirants, including GNM and B.Sc Nursing students exploring education and professional opportunities across international markets.

Equally important is its approach to country and university selection. Rather than treating students as candidates for predetermined institutional options, Destination Solutions considers academic background, career aspirations, budget and long-term objectives when recommending pathways. “The company places emphasis on country and university selection based on individual circumstances rather than treating admissions as a one size-fits-all process,” says Neha Prajapati, Co-Founder.

From Visa Processing to End-to-End Guidance

The company’s support continues beyond application submission. Its student journey brings together counselling, career and course-fit analysis, country selection, university shortlisting, application assistance, visa support and pre-departure guidance. This enables students to approach overseas education as a connected career decision rather than a series of administrative steps.

The company’s services span student visas, visitor visas, documentation and post-visa support, with a presence across destinations including the USA, UK, Canada and Dubai

Destination Solutions has also developed expertise in visa refusal resolution, supporting applicants who need to understand the reasons behind previous refusals and reassess their overall profile and documentation before making another application. Its emphasis on ethical practices and transparent fees further supports its effort to build long-term client trust.

Pre-departure support adds another layer to the model. Once students receive their visas, the company helps them prepare for practical aspects of relocation, including accommodation, initial compliance requirements and awareness of part-time work regulations. The objective is to ensure that students are better prepared for their transition into a new country rather than ending the engagement at visa approval.

Staying Ahead of Regulatory Change

In an industry where immigration and visa regulations can change rapidly, current information is critical. Destination Solutions monitors official embassy and immigration portals and supplements this with professional networks, webinars and ongoing training. Its advisors then translate regulatory developments into clear and actionable guidance based on each client’s stage in the visa process.

The company is also taking its expertise directly to prospective students through institutional engagement. Its career counselling initiatives at educational institutions, including Shree N.K. Mehta & Smt. M.F. Dani Arts College, Malvan, enable students to understand academic and international career pathways before beginning the application process. Its participation in the oathtaking ceremony at Shree J.R. Desai School of Nursing, Mora, further reflects its engagement with the education ecosystem.

Expanding the Global Pathway

Looking ahead, Destination Solutions plans to broaden its international footprint by exploring destinations beyond the traditional markets. Germany, Ireland, South Korea and Japan are among the emerging markets it intends to explore, offering students alternative pathways shaped by evolving education and career opportunities.

The company also sees opportunities in new source markets, particularly Southeast Asia and West Africa, while planning to strengthen its reach within India through digital micro-offices and partnerships with schools and institutions in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

With this roadmap, Destination Solutions is positioning itself for the next phase of international education and mobility — one where visa consultancy is not simply about crossing borders, but about helping individuals make informed decisions about the education, skills and career opportunities that lie beyond them.
