During this period, he observed that many students struggled academically, not because they lacked ability, but because gaps in foundational concepts prevented them from understanding more advanced topics. For instance, a child unable to grasp multiplication often had an earlier gap in addition, which in turn stemmed from an incomplete understanding of numbers. These insights revealed how interconnected learning truly is.

At the same time, he also noticed that highly receptive students often lost interest when lessons moved at a pace designed for the entire class. “In traditional classrooms with large student groups, teachers are expected to follow uniform teaching methods while adhering to strict board guidelines.

As a result, it becomes challenging to simultaneously support students who need additional foundational help and those who require greater academic challenges”, informs Pramod.

Motivated by this understanding, he envisioned a learning environment that respects the individuality of every child while still aligning with established academic standards. This vision led to the establishment of Discoveri Oaks Public School, where personalized learning became the central philosophy.
