The story of Grow Inn Steps is deeply personal and purpose-driven. Founded in 2016 by an IIT Delhi graduate, the venture was born out of a parent’s quest to find the right preschool for his daughter.
Dissatisfied with existing options and inspired to create something more meaningful, he established the first center in Rohini, Delhi, with his own child as its first enrolment.
Rather than opting for a franchise model from the outset, the founders chose to build their own curriculum and caregiving philosophy. This decision allowed them to experiment, refine, and deeply understand the nuances of early childhood education.
Over the first two years, the focus remained on perfecting the model. By 2018, with a strong foundation in place, Grow Inn Steps expanded through franchising, marking the beginning of its rapid growth journey.
